What is Zenergy?

The idea behind Zenergy Counseling is simple- being in Zen with your own Energy.

Counseling focuses on finding a healthy balance in life using various set of tools and unconditional acceptance of the core self. I focus on teaching my clients healthy ways of challenging their negative beliefs created by traumatic experiences. I see counseling as a partnership where  the client brings the willingness to change and  the therapist teaches the tools to overcome challenges.

We will work together to learn how to accept the expectations and labels we inherit while also understanding the limitations may be set by those beliefs.
